I hail from Nebraska, and I lived there for all of my growing up years. The house I call home is the house my parents moved into when I was 2, that's where they still live, and will probably die. My back yard used to be corn fields. I never had a dog, or anything other than a bunch of fish. I am the oldest of 5.
After high school I studied cello performance at the University of Nebraska at Kearney for 3 semesters. I loved living in Kearney. I made a lot of good friends, and learned a lot about myself. I miss it. After my 3rd semester, I decided that an education in music wasn't for me.
I then moved to Rexburg, Idaho in April of 2010. I am studying graphic design at BYU-Idaho. It’s not home, that’s for sure. The mountains are nice and it’s a quick trip to many adventures.
This is also where I met a dashing young man named Patrick Kelly. He is my best friend and treats me better than anyone else I know. After getting to know each other better we knew that life without each other wouldn't be as good as life together.
We got married on a splendid Tuesday night on the 12th of April, 2011 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Winter Quarters Temple in Omaha Nebraska. Married life is the jam! I wouldn’t want my life any other way or with any other man.
Patrick just finished his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology this past July and I expect to finish my Bachelor's in Art this upcoming April.
