Life is pretty good. Today is my first/last day off for a while. Work is a never ending adventure and I'm always running around trying to get things done. No rest for the weary. Patrick is going to be at work all day so, today is a "me time" day. Time to get a few things done around the house. I have quite a bit to do. I had a list but I lost it. Laundry, clean out the fridge and plan out our meals for then next week, maybe practice my cello, clean our Chaco's that are covered in mud from our floating trip this weekend, pack. Or at least start to. I'm excited about going to Arizona. I can't wait to be with family again and get out of Rexburg. It's time to see something new. Rexburg is ok, I just don't have the time to enjoy living here.
Our little crab, Goris, has been quite the adventurer. He likes to move rocks and disassemble the the plastic plant. It's a lot of fun to have a fish tank. Oh! We have a futon now! Our neighbors were moving out and didn't have room for it on their trailer, so they gave it to us. It's very nice and I love having something newer to sit on besides that old, hideous, half-sectional that we had when we first moved in. Haha. Recently I have been reading the Chronicles of Narnia. I just started "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" I love it. I'm so wrapped up in the stories and adventures. I want to just hide in my closet and look for a magical adventure.
I'm wasting daylight. Haha. Time to get on with the day.
